Shipping policy

To ensure your package is delivered and you receive your shipment within the time frame advertised, please ensure address provided is entered in full and correct. Use appropriate abbreviations with spaces inserted properly. *Please note that we do not take responsibility for incorrect shipping information.

Allow 24 to 48 hours to process your order. Please take into consideration peak periods and allow up to 2 business days to dispatch your order.

Standard shipping time is 2-8 business days from the date your item is shipped out, not necessarily from the date the order was made. All orders are dispatched from our Adelaide Distribution Centre.

If you refuse any shipments from SkinStar, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If your tracking information states your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must follow this up with your local post office, as we aren't responsible for packages that haven't been delivered.
