Refund policy

We offer a 30 day full refund policy. If after 30 days you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will provide a full refund, not including postage. Please see conditions and process below: 

1.       Please contact us via info@skinstar.com.au advising us that you want a return or refund;

2.      The pouch(s) must be returned to the address below for a refund (empty or not);

3.      Customer to pay return postage;

4.      Return of products must be within 60 days of initial purchase;

5.      Upon receipt of return, we will make a refund via the payment gateway you originally purchased:
